Gonna take a breather tomorrow, we’re going for 15 miles !!!
Well after 2 days rest it was time for a run. The first 3 miles were fine but then fatigue set in and I struggled for the last 4 miles home.
Feeling much better today. Knees feel ok and the blister on my toe is healing. I feel ready to run tomorrow morning.
Today I’m resting after yesterday’s half marathon and wondering how I pick up these tired limbs and blistered toe in order to run tomorrow and also to run about 15 miles on Friday. Normally I have about 2 weeks off … Continue reading
