I am a qualified Personal Trainer with a Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training qualifying with NASM – National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also hold a qualification in Optimum Performance Training and TRX Suspension Training.
When working with a new client, I would have a discussion with them to find out more about what they are looking for. At the same time I would ask them to do an overhead squat assessment and maybe some other fitness tests, to take a look at their posture and any restrictions or issues the client may have.
Following the tests, I would write a plan to correct any postural issues to build a strong platform to handle pushing increased exercise through the body.
I have a proven track record of gaining results in weight loss management, cardiovascular exercise and resistance work. I can advise on nutrition and can build fitness plans.
I have a well equipped home gym, can come to local clients and also conduct pt sessions at The Gym Group, in St. Marys Butts; in Reading Town Centre.
