I am a Qualified Level Two BTF Triathlon Coach (see below)

I offer Coaching for any of the Triathlon disciplines Swimming, Biking or Running individually or collectively. I can also put together a training plan for you for either general fitness training, or tailored training specifically for a Race Goal. I can also help you with transition skills or racing advice. Also from drawing on my personal training qualification I can offer nutrition guidance or build cross training sessions into your fitness plan.

Having completed many triathlons from super sprints to Ironman distance events, I have a vast amount of racing and training experience to offer and share with my clients.

Also being a qualified Open Water Swimming Coach I can coach swimming in Open Water and regularly coach at Caversham Lakes in Berkshire. I can also coach in Rivers and the Sea. This is all on top of coaching in Swimming Pools.

I am currently Coaching in the pool for Tri2O Triathlon Club at Crosfields School on a Monday Evening and Leighton Park on a Sunday evening.

It is difficult to coach participants in a public pool 1-2-1 at the current time, due to Covid-19 restrictions. As soon as it is possible then I would be happy to help you improve your swimming ability. My preferred stroke is Front Crawl.

For Open Water Swimming, I regularly coach at Caversham Lakes as well as I have coached at the Tri2O Swim Centre and Marlow Lakes. For more details please see the Open Water Swimming page.

For Cycling in the future I may lead some rides, bike skills sessions or static bike sessions; but there is nothing currently planned.
