I am a sports coach who specialises in helping people start their fitness /sporting journey and making it happen
I am qualified to coach personal training, bootcamps, kettlebells, open water swimming, triathlon (including swimming, biking and running) and angling. As an experienced professional and passionate athlete I have lots that I can offer and share with clients, to help them on their fitness and sporting journeys.
The advantage of working with me is that I can offer clients a more holistic solution, drawing on the different areas that I can coach.

Personal Profile
I’m currently working in the corporate world on a fixed term contract. As well as the “day job” I enjoy coaching, running 3 early morning Bootcamps in Lower Earley along with a couple of evening classes in Shinfield, Kettlebells and Strength and Body Conditioning. On top of the Bootcamps and Classes, I also coach PT for some existing clients, building some client triathlon, running and fitness plans, and I coach open water swimming and angling.
From 2019 onwards I followed my passion and become a sporting coach of multiple disciplines. My story began 25 years ago when I started running in the gym and I could only run a mile before I had to stop. Through listening to other athletes and working with coaches I have been on an incredible journey that has seen me complete 9 Ironman Triathlons, 25+ Half Ironman Triathlons, 35 Marathons, 50+ Half Marathons, 270 5K parkruns.
What I really enjoy and am passionate about, is helping people on their sporting and fitness journeys. I’m not your typical athlete, I was the big fat kid at school everyone took the mickey out of, but through determination, diet, training, coaching and mental strength I have overcome all barriers in my way, to cross many finishing lines and realise hundreds of goals.
I will be able to relate to your situation and I will be able to help you achieve your goals, whether it’s your first Open Water Swim or trying to gain a competitive edge in your next running race or triathlon. I don’t just work with athletes and people racing, I love to work with and engage with people that just want to experience the joys of fitness and sport. I look forward to helping you achieve all your goals and sporting passions.
