Strength and body conditioning session designed to target all major muscle groups, build strength, and enhance endurance. The workout includes a combination of bodyweight and weighted exercises with intervals to keep participants engaged and challenged.

Join us for an invigorating early morning bootcamp session in the park, designed to energise your day before work or school run commitments. All abilities welcome, all you need is an exercise mat, some gloves, a drink and trainers you can run and exercise in.
