Join us for an invigorating early morning bootcamp session in the park, designed to energise your day before work or school run commitments.

Class Overview

Our sessions feature a diverse range of activities, including cardio, kettlebells, weight lifting, circuit training, relays, and much more. To keep things exciting, some sessions may be an outrun with exercises, especially if the weather is wet. These outings have proven to be a lot of fun! No prior running experience is needed; our sessions accommodate everyone with a mix of jogging and exercises, ensuring that no one gets left behind.

What to Bring

Participants should bring the following items to each class:

  • Gym/yoga mat
  • Water bottle to stay hydrated
  • Towel for sweat management
  • Comfortable workout clothing and appropriate footwear
