My Story
In 1999 I reached 18 stone 10 pounds.
I knew something had to change.
I started exercising by playing squash and football before discovering running. That journey eventually led me into triathlon, where I’ve completed numerous marathons, Ironman and Half Ironman events.
In 2020 I founded jw-coaching.co.uk, where I now coach Bootcamps, kettlebell classes, personal training and endurance athletes every week.
Alongside my fitness coaching, I’m also a qualified Angling Coach, bringing together two lifelong passions—fitness and fishing.
Fit & Strong To Fish combines over 25 years of fitness experience with decades spent on the bank.
