After my night at the reading roadrunners I got up early Thursday to put some of what I’d learnt to the test. No drink bottle, and bringing my arms forward instead of across my body. I set off fairly fast for me too, doing the first two km’s in under 7 mins.
It all went well although I couldn’t maintain that speed and I slowed a little to 7 and a half min km’s. I did 5 miles in 59 mins. I’m not sure about the arms but I’ll keep trying.
