13th Apr Collected number and RRR

Took the day off work and met up with James, then took the train to Waterloo and the tube to Excel to pick up our race numbers. It was nice as also got to have a look round all the stands and buy a few bits. I also got a good deal on some new Asics GT2160’s.  I also took some advice in order to understand why my left foot gets trouble and I learnt that my left leg is about a cm longer than my right leg.

After coming home it was off to my Reading Roadrunners meeting. We did some pyramid running. This is where you run 100m fast then 100m slow then 200m fast then 100m slow, then 300m fast, then 100m slow then 400m fast then 100m slow, then 300m fast 100m slow, 200m slow 100 fast then finish on 100m slow.

4 days to go!!!
