25th March Fast Jog

I woke up early and decided on a quick jog to the Black Boy Pub and back. This is a good little 2.5 mile route and I have started to use it as an opportunity to practice my interval training. So I sprint for a bit then slowly jog for a bit, then repeat that all the way round.

A great way to start the day. Kingston 16 mile Breakfast Run Sunday.
