7th another Shinfield 6

Thursday and another quick 6 before work. This was a great run and restored my confidence a lot. My body felt pretty good. I had been to see my physio Liz on the Tuesday and she’d spent 45 minutes trying to sort out my left foot, and it was much better before this run. I think I’ll try and do 10 on the weekend. It’s nearly race day…….
